MEETING ROOMS next to Zurich Main Station
Meeting - Workshop - Presentation - Training - Course - ...
We have left our location at Bahnhofplatz 9 at the end of November 2024. We will inform our regular customers when we can offer meeting rooms near Zurich Main Station (HB - Hauptbahnhof) again. This will probably be the case in February 2025 at the earliest. If you would also like to be informed, please send us a message by email.
Below you will find detailed information on our two meeting rooms, which are located next to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof / HB) and in the immediate vicinity of Zurich's famous Bahnhofstrasse - over the rooftops of Zurich.

We are happy to organise croissants and sandwiches for you (you may also bring them with you, as well as your own beverages).
We are also happy to organise more extensive catering - just let us know.
Coworking
Coworking is an alternative to working at the office, in a café or working from home. It means working together side by side for yourself. Ideal for self-employed people, start-ups, digital nomads and as a neutral retreat between two client meetings. With us, you can book a workplace for 1 person in our coworking space. A maximum of 3 workplaces are occupied. The prices per person are CHF 22/hour, CHF 77/half day or 134/day, plus 7.7% VAT (8.1% effective from 1.1.24). IMPORTANT: Bookings for coworking can be made no earlier than 1 working day before the desired date. If you are planning a video or telephone conference where other people in the same room would be disturbing, simply book the room as a meeting room - see above for prices.
All prices are subject to change.
The secretariat is there for you to answer questions and also for printing, scanning, copying, receiving meeting participants, taking care of minor paperwork, etc. Our staff speaks German, French, English and some Russian.

- Non-smoking environment.
- WLAN/WiFi Wireless access, flip chart, magnetic board, flatscreen (flatscreen for a small fee)
- The rooms can be rented during business hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30-18 o'clock. Do you plan a meeting to take place early in the morning, late in the evening or on the weekend? Get in touch with us and we will do our best to make it possible. During office hours you may call us 5 minutes before meeting start to ask if a room would be available.
- Our offices are centrally located - right next to Zurich Main Train Station which is very convenient for meetings with participants who arrive from different directions and/or who travel with public transport
Prices, terms and conditions for meeting rooms:
- CHF 65.- / hour
- CHF 230.- / 1/2 day (morning or afternoon; -4.5 hours)
- CHF 400.- / day (-9 hours)
- Beverages: coffee/tea, mineral water (Self service: 2.- for cup of coffee; 1.- for 0.5-litre bottle of mineral water / if served: 4.- for cup of coffee/tea; 2.- for 0.5-litre bottle of mineral water)
- Flatscreen 5.-/event (please note - apparently certain Mac laptops have connection problems with our Panasonic 60CX750 devices since the Ventura update in mid-March 2023)

- Payment condition: cash in Swiss Francs
- Minimum duration of room rental is 1 hour / usage is billed in 30-min increments
- Please note that you will be billed the period of time that you indicate in your reservation. This provision in particular applies if the meeting ends earlier than scheduled.
- WITHDRAWAL: In the event of cancellation of a booking, the following cost of the service requested will be charged: cancellation between 21-15 days prior to the event: 25%; 14-8 days: 50%; 7-0 days: 100%.

How to find us:
Our offices are located on the 5th floor of the building at "Bahnhofplatz 9", right opposite Zurich Main Station, on the corner of Bahnhofplatz and Lowenstrasse, next to Hotel Schweizerhof. Choose exit "Löwenstrasse" in the railway station. Distance "as the crow flies" between us and Zurich main station: approx. 30 metres (... 3 minutes left until the train leaves? Run and you will make it!). Click here for a city map. There is a company sign of "Weber & Partner Consulting AG" in the entrance hall (ground floor) and on the glass door (5th floor). We are located on the 5th floor on the right. What about COVID-19/Corona restrictions?
This is fully at your discretion.
- If you wish, you may limit the number of participants, keep social distance and/or wear protective masks.
- Each meeting room is equipped with an air purifier with NanoProtect HEPA and activated carbon filter which removes up to 99.9% of viruses and aerosols in the air.
- TIP: Use your laptop or mobile phone to add more persons to your meeting with Zoom, Teams, Whatsapp, Skype or other conference tools. Each meeting room is equipped with WLAN and a flatscreen (without camera/microphone).
